International Research on Precision Medicine Ethics: Knowledge Base and Hot Frontiers
Abstract: With the development and application of precision medicine, its derivative ethical issues have become increasingly apparent. However, domestic research on precision medicine ethics is very limited. A systematic review of international precision medicine ethics research is helpful to provide theoretical references for domestic research. Based on the SSCI database, CiteSpace software is used to analyze the knowledge graph of the international precision medical ethics literature. The research has led to the following conclusions. (1) Basic research in disciplines such as biomedical ethics, big data medical ethics, and medical management and policy together constitutes the knowledge base of the current international precision medicine ethics research. (2) The current hot frontiers of international precision medicine ethics research mainly include topics such as precision medicine’s scientific research ethics, distribution justice, privacy protection, and public ethical attitudes. (3) In the future, precision medicine ethics research can explore research objects from general to specific, explore research methods from norms to empirical research, and seek theoretical innovation from ethics to management. Key Words: Precision medicine ethics; Knowledge graph; CiteSpace; Big data

Reconstruction of the AI Governance Paradigm Facing the Dilemma of Reverse Value Alignment
Abstract: As the dominant practical paradigm in current AI ethical governance, value alignment aims to ensure the consistency between AI systems and human values through technical means. However, the limitations of anthropocentric perspectives, the binary fallacy of technological instrumentalism, and the practical challenges of technological control together shape threefold biases, leading value alignment into structural dilemmas in practice of technical governance. The potential reverse flow of values within imbalanced structures ultimately leads to the phenomenon of reverse value alignment, manifesting such three stages as value deception, sovereignty transfer, and reverse colonization. Based on this, it is imperative for humans to abandon the traditional unidimensional cognitive framework, reconstruct the AI ethical governance paradigm under a Human-AI dual-subject balanced structure, explore the alignment between AI and humans in subject identity, cognitive foundations, and life cycles and take it as the practical basis of value alignment, so as to truly realize the beautiful blueprint of “technology for goodness”. Key Words: Artificial intelligence; Value alignment; Reverse value alignment; Governance paradigm
