Abstract: 

Alfred Loewy is a famous Jewish German mathematician. He had made original mathematical achievements in algebra and actuarial mathematics, and had also trained many famous mathematicians. Through literature analysis and concept research, this paper offers a more comprehensive account of his extraordinary life that had persisted in rough times.
