The theme is Optics and Astronomy. The first speaker is Ofer Gal , whose speech title is : The Dark Chamber: Descartes, Hobbes and the Epistemological Implications of Kepler’s Optics. The next speaker is Xiaona Wang, whose report title named Fly Me to the Moon: Lunar Projects in Seventeenth-Century England.
