Abstract

When David Bloor put forward the Strong Program, he stressed both the relativism and the rationalism of scientific knowledge, which was called the duality of Bloor's theory. We can get a comprehensive and real image of Bloor and his Strong Program through analyzing and understanding the concept of duality.
