Abstract

Homotopy theory plays a very important role in modern mathematics and science. Based on relevant original documents and research materials, this paper has a sorting and exploration of the mathematical thoughts proposed by relevant mathematicians in the history evolution of homotopy theory, and combined the main trend of mathematics at that time, outline the historical root and inheritance relationship of related mathematical thought and method, and then reveals the clear sequence of thought and significant influence of historical evolution of homotopy theory.
