Nowadays with personality psychology becoming more and more pluralistic and synthetic，the following pairs of relative problems must be balanced in personality study:(1)personality is stability or change，(2) personality's structure and dimensions，(3) emphasizing on consequence or on process，and (4) the function of description or interpretation. In order to walk out there dilemmas，personality researchers have to integrate inhering theories first of all and:(1) construct a met a theory of personality;(2) combine personality study with others mental processes and the relative subjects;(3) make its methodology perfect and (4) consider social and culture factors in their researched.

A firm’s embeddedness in a network of ties is an important source of variation in the acquisition of competitive capabilities. Networks are more than just relationships that govern the diffusion of innovation and norms,they constitute capabilities that augment the value of firms.
