Needham question is a group of questions and is a historical fact. Any answer to one of the questions is irrational. It includes many important problems on outlooks of science and history of science，and on the methodology of history of science. It is considered in this paper that the questions should be understood in comparing with the Chinese context and the Western context.

In the civilized world that is sustained by modern technology，more and more disasters have been incurred，but their occurrence and increasing have much to do with the unforeseeability of nature and with the correlates between mankind and nature. Based on the point一views of Juergen Mittelstrass and other scholars of School we hold that modern technology somewhat reflects the loss of human subjectivity that mankind incurs on a level of reason..In order to change the status quo it is not directly related to the development of science and technology in the level of practice，but concerned，in the sense of reason，with the attitudes we take toward nature and with the changes we make ourselves in the human subjectivity.

The paper discuss revolutions of experimental mathematics to deductive mathematics，and clarifies meaning of epistemology and methodology of experimental mathematics.
