Chinese ancient thought on cyclic transformism of life is based on the theory of heterogonesis. It mainly analyzed the formation and changes of the life ,which is related to natural philosophy theory. The thought results in epistemology and philosophy ,moreover has connection with the thought of evaluation，but it also has many differences from it. The correct evaluation of the thought on cyclic transformism has its realistic significance.

The 20’s and 30’s of the 20th century was an important period that the modern science was introduced and quickly developed in China. During this period ,the proceeding of mainlandation of modern science had begun and got great achievement in inspecting of science vocabulary and in constructing of science textbook. But because of many historical reasons ,the mainlandation of modern science did not finish.All of these were discussed in this paper.
