The paper analyzed natural calamities’phenomena, and summarized consciousness against calamities on village planning, technologies against calamities on construction and precautions against calamities on irrigation works in Huizhou traditional habitat, in order to provide researchers with enlightenment on the both reduction calamities and precautions calamities of our time.
