On the "Unforeseeability" of Nature,Modern Disasters of Technology and Human Subjectivity(p. 21)

In the civilized world that is sustained by modern technology, more and more disasters have been incurred, but their occurrence and increasing have much to do with the unforeseeability of nature and with the correlates between mankind and nature. Based on the point一views of Juergen Mittelstrass and other scholars of School we hold that modern technology somewhat reflects the loss of human subjectivity that mankind incurs on a level of reason..In order to change the status quo it is not directly related to the development of science and technology in the level of practice, but concerned,in the sense of reason, with the attitudes we take toward nature and with the changes we make ourselves in the human subjectivity.
